The super-exclusive Fairway Row townhome development near Providence Country Club (where this fellow is getting in a little practice) is being scaled down to reflect what people are calling ?luxury? in today's market, developer John Gilchrist tells us. Some of the initial six units sold in ?07 at prices up to $1M. But the remaining 47 units planned will be smaller and cost less than $400k each. He had to file a site plan amendment with the planning department. A public hearing is set for October. |
