Galleria Village sells for $18.5M
Chicago-based multifamily investment group Westdale Investments Partners recently bought a 210-unit apartment complex in Charlotte from Charter Properties for $18.5M, or about $88k per unit, deeds show. The 7-acre Galleria Village is a garden-style complex that includes seven two- and three-story buildings built in 2005. The property was 94% leased at the time of sale, according to market tracker CoStar. Apartment Realty Advisors Dean SmithSean Wood and Blake Okland repped Charlotte-based Charter in the sale.
