GM RENEWS AT CAMBRIDGE CENTER

Auto maker General Motors has signed a lease renewal for 95k SF at Charlotte's Cambridge Corporate Center, Trinity Partners Charles Jonas tells us. GM, one of the largest tenants in the University Research Park area, operates its OnStar motorist service from the Cambridge Corporate Center space, where it employs about 900. It's a call center that receives all of GM?s OnStar calls from vehicles throughout the US. Cambridge Corporate Center is a 339k SF office property in the center of the URP. A JV between Mainstreet Capital Partners and DRA Advisors owns the building, Mainstreet Real Estate Services manages the property, and Trinity Partners leases it. JLL's Tal Isbell and CBRE's Rob Hinton repped GM. Charles repped the landlord. |
