| Suzanne flashed slides of the company's major new local projects, including a $101M national data center. The 178k SF center will be on Arrowood Road and should be completed next year. |

Suzanne, with CBRE's Philip Grossberg, says the company is going green with its future developments. The new data center will be LEED Silver, as will a new building under construction at its existing Crescent Executive Drive campus. That 103k SF building will house IT, HR, and accounting. ?Sustainability is one of Time Warner?s priorities,? Suzanne tells us. |
