| Saber LLC just bought a 22k SF local warehouse and three acres from Hansford Associates for $750k, says Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Warren Snowdon (with wife Sonya at a charity bike rally this summer. The property, which is located at 10230 Rodney St in Pineville, will be a new location for IT staffing company Sapphire Technical Solutions (now known as Randstad Technologies).Warren and colleague David Hanna repped Hansford, while Park Commercial Real Estate's Michael Catanese repped the buyer. |
