Office might be getting the glory, but lately Charlotte-area industrial product has been on the radar of opportunistic funds, pension fund advisors, and public REITs, Trinity Partners director of investment sales Dunn Mileham(next to either great abstract art, or a terrible map). He tells us that well-positioned larger properties are of particular interest, since that segment has become quite landlord-friendly due to tightening vacancy and limited options for large users upon expiration. Buyers believe they can push rents.Dunn recently repped Trinity Capital Advisors in the sale of its 607k SF 1312 Old Sage Rd, a multi-tenant warehouse, to one of the buildings tenants, Sunland Distribution.
