JP Morgan Bags Met

A JP Morgan affiliate snapped up Metropolitan this week for a cool $94M (it takes more than a mil to be cool these days). CBRE's Mike Burkard tells us that the property "attracted very strong interest from top institutional investors. They knew a rare opportunity to bag a landmark mixed-use asset when they saw it, he says. Mike, along with colleagues Ryan Clutter, Chris Decoufle, and Patrick Gildea, repped the seller.
