Jersey Mike's On Renovation Binge

| Speaking of food in the Carolinas, we chatted with Jersey Mike's CEO Craig Jones at ICSC RECon in Las Vegas. He tells us the sub shop is planning to renovate 50 stores in Raleigh and Nashville, spending up to $100k per store. That'll be followed by a marketing blitz. (Craig's on the left with fellow Jersey Mikers Steve Minnick and Jeff Sponsler, though Jersey Mike was busy watching the NJ Devils' game.) |
