| Charlotte MOB continues to attract investor interest, NAI Southern Real Estate's Mike Wiles tells us. The latest MOB deal in the area is the sale of the 37.2k SF Charlotte Medical Plaza in the Cotswold neighborhood for $4.7M. Three suitors bid, even though it was only about 80% leased. Mike, along with colleague Caldwell Rose, repped the seller. |
