MULTIFAMILY ROUNDUP: $50M HITS PAYDIRT
First football, and now development; everything is back! Charlotte-based Crescent Resources broke ground today on a new mixed-use development in Raleigh, Gallery at Cameron Village. The $50M project at Oberlin Road and Clark Avenue includes 282 luxury apartments (delivering spring '13), 16k SF of retail space, and underground parking. |
The project sits in one of Raleigh?s ?premier shopping and dining districts,? Crescent?s Brian Natwick tells us. That's close to the well-established Cameron Village, which offers shops and eateries like Fosters American Grille and Caf Caturra. Crescent plans to seek LEED certification. Charlotte-based Cox & Schepp Construction is GC; Raleigh-based Cline Design Associates is project architect. |
