Wood Partners recently won rezoning approval to allow up to 275 apartment units on almost 11 acres at Perimeter Woods at I-77 and Perimeter Parkway. Wood Partners' petition says the complex will include a pool, sundeck and BBQ area with seating. Residents also won't have any trouble filling their apartments with ?stuff.? The site is near the 1.5M SF NorthLake Mall and the 303k SF Perimeter Woods Shopping Center. |
