He repped distribution services company MPE USA it its buy of a 70k SF warehouse on five acres at 10424 Rodney St, Pineville, from First Industrial B&L for almost $1.7M. MPE plans to use the space to expand its existing Mecklenburg County-based manufacturing and distribution operations, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Warren Snowdon tells us.
