| Flexible workspace provider Regus recently leased 13k SF in the 125k SF Linville Building at Perimeter Woods (it needs the space for its vigorous stretching routines), a 760k mixed-use development at Interstates 77 and 485. It's the company's sixth Charlotte site. | ||
