REGUS RENOVATES TRIANGLE OFFICES

| Regus, a provider of key man office space, recently upgraded 8k SF at Meridian Parkway in Durham. Charlotte-based Concorde Construction did the renovation, including improvements to office spaces, the lobby, and various common areas, Concorde?s Holly Alexander tells us. Costs were not disclosed. (That's Holly on the right at a recent CREW Charlotte luncheon with Brackett Flagship Properties' Diane Brackett Rivers.) It's Concorde?s ninth upfit for Regus in the Carolinas. |
