SOUTHPARK TOWERS TAKE LEED
February 14, 2012
SouthPark Towers I and II have earned LEED Silver certification for existing buildings, CBRE's Meredith Wiggins tells us. (CB leases and manages the buildings.) The SouthPark I and II complex also has been designated by the Building Owners and Managers Association International as BOMA 360 Performance Buildings. (Only three other buildings in the Charlotte area have been awarded these distinctions at the same time.) The buildings are anchored by noteworthy tenants like Wells Fargo, Mass Mutual, and New York Life. (They should make actual medals to go with LEED certification, to get us in the spirit for the Olympics.) |
