Municipal Emergency Services has signed a lease for almost 26k SF at 6701 Northpark Blvd. at Northpark Business Park. The 10-year-old company is one of the largest suppliers of Globe Manufacturing Co. personal protective equipment, Honeywell First Responder Products, and Scott Air Paks. Trinity Partners' Adam Eason repped MES, and CBRE's Bryan Crutcher and Anne Johnson repped the landlord, EastGroup Properties. |

HireRight, a provider of on-demand employment background screening, drug and health screening, and employment eligibility solutions has signed a 10-year lease for 17k SF feet at the Park Abbey Building at 4600 Park Rd. Kent Lamm and Adam Farber of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate handled negotiations. |
