Kelly Pipe Co, HQ?d in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., recently leased 108k SF of warehouse and office space at 9925 Brookford St. in Charlotte. The company distributes carbon steel pipe to wholesalers throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris recently expanded its Raleigh operations with the addition of Gary Lyons and Barry Wagner. Gary, a 12-year CRE veteran, was recruited from the Raleigh office of Sperry Van Ness. He'll be working with Lincoln Harris? Corporate Services Group. Barry has joined Lincoln Harris? Raleigh office as a broker and will focus on office, medical, flex, land, and industrial space. Barry formerly worked in corporate sales for IBM. |
