Charlotte natives David Newcome and Russell Griffith plan to soon open Alexander Scott ? Twistfully Traditional at 208 East Blvd, former location of art gallery McColl Fine Art. The home furnishings and accessories marketplace will include as many as 70 hand-selected vendors offering home interiors accents. Twistfully Traditional is expected to open by September. The McColl Fine Art Gallery will relocate to 126 Cottage Pl. Peter Conway and John Ball of Trinity Partners repped the McColl Family and Keely Lane of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion repped the tenant. |

Both are formerly of The Nichols Co and will develop Cassidy Turley's land brokerage group in the Charlotte office, working with Justin Good in the firm's Raleigh office. Bill has 23 years in commercial brokerage and Sam has 14 years' CRE experience. |

Building supplier Hoo Supply has leased 8,750 SF at 809 Lawton Rd in Charlotte. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Warren Snowdon handled the lease negotiations.
