Clad in faded Levi?s and leather jacket, the former Microsoft innovator says businesses need more than a window on the Web. Incorporate Twitter, Facebook, vlogs, and all the new techno wizardry. Still, he acknowledges that the best marketing tool remains word of mouth. When he's not haranguing biz types, the Honolulu native is front man for island party band Tsunami Wave Riders.
