TRINITY BROKERS $22M H-VILLE SALE
November 1, 2011
The 560k SF former Philip Morris distribution building on Jamesburg Drive in Huntersville was sold for $22M, with Trinity Partners handling the deal, deeds show. Judging by the picture below, that's $11M per pink tree. |
An affiliate of AREA Property Partners, an international real estate investor and fund manager, bought the building from Boston investment group Realty Associates Fund VIII, controlled by TA Realty Associates. Trinity?s David Allen and Dunn Milehambrokered the deal. In recent times, the building was a multitenant distribution center and is about 90% occupied, Dunn tells us. |
