VITNER'S OUTLOOK: DISMAL

| We're two years into the alleged economic recovery and there's still a considerable amount of uncertainty regarding sovereign debt issues in Europe, the federal budget deficit, and the US housing sector, Wells Fargo economist Mark Vitner tells us. (Mark spoke recently at a breakfast at Winthrop University's College of Business Administration.)
