Now that the i?s are dotted on the Cohn-Reznick merger, we had a talk with CohnReznick's Charlotte office managing partner Joshua Northcutt. He came from Atlanta two years ago, which he says helps him see what Charlotte is doing right. For example, the Chamber and the Regional Partnership, led respectively by Bob Morgan and Ronnie Bryant, have been very adept at helping bring in top-level companies (Chiquita, for example) to alleviate some of the market's vacancy issues. Local and state incentives add to the mix, too. All together, these efforts will help Charlotte continue to grow. | ||
