JLL Will Market Tryon Place Space
Crescent Communities tapped the local office of JLL to lease Tryon Place, its mixed-use project getting underway in Uptown. The developer has begun razing buildings on the site, with demolition and remediation work slated to be complete by the end of the year. The new building will deliver in 2019.
JLL's Charley Leavitt and Barry Fabyan are leasing Tryon Place’s office component on behalf of Crescent. JLL might also be one of the tenants at the office tower when it delivers, the Charlotte Business Journal reports, though the real estate specialist didn't confirm the move. Tryon Place is Crescent's second development along Stonewall Street. Its mixed-use Stonewall Station will open in 2018. [CBJ]
