SouthPark Buildings Trade For $35M
Houston-based Lionstone Investments sold the Morrison (pictured) and Roxborough buildings, which total 178k SF, for $35.5M. The buyer was a JV between Spectrum Properties and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. Lionstone has owned the properties for 10 years, paying a total of just over $30M for them in '06, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. HFF, led by Ryan Clutter and Scot Humphrey, repped the seller. [CBJ]
