Juice Bar Opening Three More Locations In Greater Charlotte
Locally based Clean Juice has signed leases for three more franchised locations in the Charlotte area, each taking 1.2K to 1.3K SF. One will take space at 1616 Camden Road in Charlotte; another at Rea Farms Village on Providence Road in Charlotte; and a third in Fort Mill. The Charlotte locations are opening this summer, while the Fort Mill shop will open in the summer of 2018.
The concept already has six juice bars up and running in greater Charlotte, along with others in the Carolinas. It is also franchising to Florida, Texas, California and Pennsylvania.
Clean Juice is a smoothie purveyor, offering made-to-order cold-pressed juices for as much as $10 a pop. It also offers cleanses in which customers give up solid food for as long as five days, drinking only juice creations provided by Clean Juice. Prices for a cleanse range from $51 (six juices, one day) to $250 (30 juices, five days).
The Chambers Group's Erin Zitelli-Davis repped Clean Juice in the leases. Landlords were repped by LCRE Partners' Davis Hahn, Clear Springs Realty's Kerri Robusto and Lincoln-Harris' Sara Hogan.
