Aurora's fantastic labor market is luring corporations to the I-88 corridor, where tenants are both renewing and signing for new space, we learned from Newmark Knight Frank Epic's David Friedland(second from right with his NKFE colleagues... they took this picture for their new album cover), who along with Michael Marconi repped three tenants in more than 380k SF of deals. Logistics Solutions Holdings renewed 219k SF at 901 Bilter Rd, Surface Guard leased 150k SF on Enterprise Drive, and Aurora Assembly leased 10k SF at 837 W Lake St. Leasing in the East-West Corridor is holding steady, but there's plenty of space left that needs to be absorbed before new development can take place, he says. |
