And the Nominees Are . . .
February 1, 2011
It may not be hosted by James Franco and Anne Hathaway, but we're excited about the Greater Chicago Food DepositoryCommercial Real Estate Awards. Nominees were officially announced late last week and there's one guaranteed winner: Developer of the Year will go to Fifield Development, the only nominee in its category, which developed the Alta at K Stationapartment towers in 2010. Innovative Deal of the Year will be a showdown between JLL for its Navistar deal and the team of JLL/J.F. McKinney/Conopco for the Tate and Lyle of the Americas deal. Another great match up will be Special Project of the Year, pitting the John Hancock Observatory against the Willis Tower Skydeck feat The Ledge (sounds like an R&B collaboration). A full list of nominees is available here. The awards are March 10 at the Hyatt Regency. |
