Zillow estimates the property value of the 17-story, 160-unit building at $11.8M. The doorman building has 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,200 SF and with rents from $1,125 to $1,600. Built in 1967, it last sold for $9.2M in 1994. The building includes a three-story parking garage and tenants are looking for a buyer who'd like to install new bathroom tile and millwork in the kitchen. |
