| Come April, Server Farm Realty CEO Avner Papouchado expects several tenants to move into 840 S Canal St, the $200M, 450k SF data center he’s developing. The first tenant moved in last summer. Avner is making his biggest data center development bet here because Chicago has one of the densest business districts in the US. The building, a former Northern Trust property, is close to the Loop, has 40 MW coming in from four sub-stations and 12 feeders, and has excellent connectivity to the region’s long-haul fiber networks and providers.
