Bisnow Takes SketchFest By Storm

Forget the Golden Globes. This weekend the local buzz was focused on the 13th Annual Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival at Stage 773 and one blazer-wearing comedian who was assessing the theater's rent/SF in between bits. That's right, Bisnow's own deputy chief humorist JC Calcerano made his festival debut with his DC-based group Brick Penguin, and their Class-A humor (get it?) was a huge hit. With the razor sharp wit of Sam Zell and the impeccable timing of a 1031 exchange, we hope JC doesn't get swept up by SNL and continues to bring the laughs at Bisnow for years to come.
