| Local restaurateur John McLean has signed a 15-year lease for 7k-SF at 1578 N. Clybourn Ave. The former executive and Chef d' Cuisine with the Levy Organization, plans to open two restaurants: a 5k-SF gourmet burger bar and a 2k-SF wood-fired pizza restaurant and wine bar. @properties' Danny Spitz repped the building owner,Angelo Loukas. Cornerstone Real Estate's Tony Piernunzi repped the tenant. The two restaurants are scheduled to open this summer. |
