Case Study: The Elysian

| Even after having to cancel contracts for the building's condo-hotel units, the Elysian's David Pisor (here with Prime Group's David Sharp and Aries Capital's Neil Freeman) has found success with the city's most recent luxury hotel. Thursday morning he talked about the project at a REIA breakfast at Maggiano's. Opened in December, the 188-room, 51-condo building in River North makes life easier for inhabitants by doing little things, like banning tipping. David says he's beginning to look for a location for the next Elysian—NY and London are in the mix. |
