Paine/Wetzel ⢠ONCOR International's Michael Nelson and Mark Nelson sold a 24k SF industrial building at 340 N. Sacramento for $784k. The buyer, Martinez Seafood and Produce, plans to make a significant investment to finish the building as a food-grade,freezer/cooler facility. Construction will begin immediately by builder Summit Design Build. Completion is scheduled for 2011. *** Janice Sellis has joined Transwestern's Chicago office as a director with the firm's investment sales group. She will rejoin director Paul Barile (they partnered at HFF) to focus on retail investment sales in the metro Chicago area and other Midwest markets. As an HFF director, Janice specialized in retail investment sales of grocery-anchored, lifestyle, power and community centers. She earned a bachelor's degree from College of Charleston.

The 25-story, 905k SF building is operated by Tishman Speyer on behalf of a partnership with the Crown family. *** MB Real Estate's Boris Yelyashov and Andy Davidson represented Urban Retail Propertie s in a 17k SF long-term lease on the 24th floor at 111 East Wacker. The retail and mixed-use development firm will be relocating its offices from 900 North Michigan in the fall. J.F.
