Cullinan Properties Strolls The Streets of St. Charles

Chief operating officer Christopher West tells us current projects include T he Streets of St. Charles (located in Metro St. Louis), a 1M SF mixed-use development comprised of retail, restaurants, office, hotel, and over 300 residential units. Also, under construction is the new East Peoria Downtown project, an 86-acre mixed-use development anchored by Target and Costco. In addition, the company is constructing a 275k SF Veteran’s Administration Clinic in Austin, Texas, located on a 35-acre campus, providing multi-specialty medical care to veterans starting in 2013.
