Summit Design + Build broke ground on the new Testa Produce warehouse in the Stockyards Industrial Park last month. (Considering the snow was piling up, they killed two birds with one shovel.) The 91k-SF LEED-Platinum freezer/cooler building at 4555 S. Racine has received helping hands from EPSTEIN, Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council, MB Financial, WBS Equities, and Matanky Real Estate Group. |
