Yesterday, energy and savings were on the minds of BOMA Suburban Chicago building engineers, as Graybar's Scott Raeside and Chris Tadych (with Transwestern's John Robillard and John Burke) came to the Doubletree Downers Grove to see co-worker Kris Davis speak on the topic. Kris talked about how to properly install electrical equipment and look for government incentives for energy efficient buildings. |

Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Dave Wagener, Reit Management's Ron Dugo, and Conventry Healthcare's Dave Olsen picked up tips for their buildings. Dave's Three Corporate Lake in Lisle is looking to go LEED-Silver, which he likes because it's helping him get new equipment approved. While it costs some up front, it will save them in the long run, he says. |
