Epic-Newmark Partnership
Epic, formerly Epic/Savage, was formed in the 1980s when Joel and his business partners joined forces with Lew Savage, father of actors Fred and Ben Savage. Since then, the company has grown its reputation for industrial sales and leasing, leveraging knowledge of the building-owner perspective.
