Lots of space switched hands at One Financial Place over the last week. Jones Lang LaSalle's Michael Curran and Mark Gunderson represented building owner Behringer Harvard in the following leases:
- The Chicago Trading Company will relocate to the fourth and fifth floors of the trade building and the office building from the Chicago Board of Trade building. CBRE's Mark Keebler and Brad Serot represented Chicago Trading Company in the lease, which will start in May 2010.
- The Chicago Stock Exchange gave up the fourth and fifth floors of the building, reducing its footprint to just the seventh floor of the office tower. Lisa Davidson and Rick Shuham of Studley repped CHX.
- The Comptroller of the Currency was repped by Studley's Rick Shuham and Joe Learner in renewing its 40k-SF lease.
- Futures and options trader MF Global expanded by 12k-SF, bringing its total footprint in the building to 77k-SF.
