Matinees will be just a bit more crowded come 2011, now that Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation secured financing for its latest project in the Fort Worth Cultural District: The Stayton at Museum Way, an 11-story community serving 188 families. The Texas-based nonprofit developer of senior living communities will construct it on 2.5 acres at Stayton St and Museum Way. Financing was completed through the sale of $165M in revenue bonds, with Ziegler Capital Markets as underwriter. Andres Construction has begun building on the $78M construction contract, scheduled to deliver in 2011. |
