PlasmaCare signed a 10k SF lease at Westport Commons, bringing the 180k SF center at 87th and Kedzie to 100% occupancy. @properties' Michael Rourke repped the owner and says while the property has always been well-leased, the addition of a healthcare tenant should make it even more stable. The plasma donation center joined Subway, Pathways in Education, Exclusive Wireless, and Sport 'N Fashion, which just renewed in the Ultra Foods-anchored center. @properties' commercial property management also manages the property. Now if Jared can't shed his pounds at Subway, he can at least lose a liter of blood. Enjoy that mental image for the commute home. |
