Michigan Ave. Mid America's Richard Spinnell, Stan Nitzberg,Marget Graham, and Luke Molloy repped the landlord. Metro Commercial's Steve Baer and Gary Greenfield repped HomeGoods. Stan says it's contrasted with the luxury retailers on the ground level. The space on the corner of Ohio and Michigan still has visible signage from the street. |
