Representing not-for-profit schools and religious organizations has helped Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International's Adam Tarantur, above (sans teammate Randy Podolsky), give back and learn how to advise clients who might not know much about real estate, he says. He's also been a member of the leading fund-raising team at Hustle Up the Hancock for four out of the last six years, raising over $218k for respiratory health. When not bringing chivalry back, he'shelping Randy with receivership of two 100k-SF buildings in Tinley Park on behalf of a lender who now owns the assets. |
