Recent leases at a 30-year-old refrigeratedwarehouse are a sign of continuing growth in the market, especially for food-related companies. CBRE's Steven Livaditis and John Suerth repped both the landlord, 4220 Kildare LLC, and the tenant in two leases at its 406k SF facility located at 4220 South Kildare in the Crawford Industrial Park. Preferred Freezer signed a one-year lease with options for 51k SF. Harvest Foods expanded to 136k SF and renewed its lease for five years. |
