Last Night’s Big Bisnow Bash

Chicago
Last Night’s Big Bisnow Bash
What an honor to see more than 650 of you  last night at our first ever Drinks & Schmooze in Chicago, co-sponsored by Golub  and Leopardo. You're all even better looking than your e-mail addresses led us to believe. We had a great time meeting and greeting in the always impressive John Hancock Center.

Here's only half of the great looking crowd— it was an L-shaped room. The party helped showcase a cool  61k-SF  space on the 18th and 19th floors. The building is full of amenities and other great tenants and may be in Chicago's most desirable location. (We're telling you this because we want to help our sponsors lease the space. Come see it if you weren't there last night.)

Here's Golub's co-leaders Michael Newman  and Lee Golub, flanking our publisher Mark Bisnow (yes, it's a real name).

Leopardo's Todd Andrlik, Conopco Realty's Bill Conopeotis,  and VOA's Ann Volz  and Kara McPherson made friends at the event. Leopardo and Conopco have some top secret business in Chicago to announce soon. (Perhaps we should?ve offered them a few more drinks?) VOA recently finished work on the MillerCoors offices.

Lee & Associates' Amanda Seward just made a career move from construction into office tenant rep. She met Dickinson Group's Pat Vaccaro, Darwin Realty's George Cibula, and Dickinson?s Maureen Mullady. Today, George is cutting the ribbon on a 500k-SF build-to-suit developed by IDI in Aurora.

HJKessler Associate's Helen Kessler, chicagobroker.com's Ephi Maglaris, Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP's Mary Fuller,  and Circle Realty Advisor's Jean Meilinger shared some drinks. Helen and Ephi were eager to invite guests to the USGBC's Natural Leaders Luncheon  on October 14.

Staying until the bitter end were CresaPartners' Paige Hennessy, IntraLinks Jonathan Mandell, independent real estate professional James Dickinson, and JLL intern Annie Welsch. Jonathan was looking for info on document management systems, while Annie was looking for a full-time gig. Thanks again to all for coming!
