Last Night's CREO Idol
July 20, 2010

Runner-up OFS Brands' Elizabeth Lee wowed us with some Carrie Underwood, but couldn't quite claim the championship without a costume change. There's still reason to keep her head up: One of the furniture lines OFS sells, Lowenstein's Stryde collection, won the People's Choice award at NeoCon last month. Elizabeth is part of OFS's LEED-AP Team.
We snapped Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors' Craig Braham, Marc Realty's Lucyna Habina, and Newmark Knight Frank's Richie Klein in the audience. Marc Realty's River City just signed a lease with It Takes A Village, a preschool and elementary school that is expanding from 10k to 20k SF so it can add classes through 8th grade. Richie is enjoying the latest of over 20 summers as softball league commissioner.

Smaller tenants like Five Guys are still active in the marketplace, Peter says.
