Managing expectations is the biggest challenge for JLL tenant rep Steve Stratton, center, with MB Real Estate's Danny Nikitas, CBRE's Lisa Konieczka, Tishman Speyer's Vicki Noonan, and Hines' Greg Van Schaack. Lisa and Steve agreed their clients often push for more TI or concessions. Another trend Greg noted is more wireless office spaces: some lawyers in Hines' new building have no land lines and occasionally work on Blackberries while on low-speed treadmills. Among his comments, Danny admitted that he matched his socks to his tie. |
