However, instead of simply tossing weight-training equipment into a mirrored room, Mike focuses on engaging wellness and preventive care strategies for employees. The idea is to work as a partner with the commercial real estate industry, increasing the value of the fitness center by offering tailored programs and discounts. In its home base of Chicago, it builds about 85% of all corporate fitness centers, including those for Tishman Speyer, Hines, and JLL. Now considered an assumed amenity in most corporate environments of 500k SF or more, LifeStart is branching out to the wide-open spaces of Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.
