Lynn Reich Atop SIOR
This fall, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler EVP Lynn Reich becomes SIOR's second female president, after 30 years in industrial real estate. But her new post hasn?t interfered with the work that got her there: Lynn?s listing properties at Minooka Distribution Center and Butterfield East in Aurora. Since joining SIOR in 1986, she tells it's offered her a network of professionals for deals in any market. We know the Society's reports and seminars have saved her time from researching: she's managed to squeeze in a wedding and honeymoon this year (25 years after she and her husband eloped). |
Lynn started as a CPA, but moved into real estate after working part time at Rubloff during college. Since then, she's proven her mettle at multiple local start-ups: Corporate Realty Advisors (now Venture One) Podolsky Northstar, and Stein & Co. But CBK is so alluring, she's worked there twice: once in the late 80s and rejoining in 1999. |
