| ML Realty Partners bought a 163k SF industrial building, 929 Exhange Ave. The multi-tenant industrial facility includes a nine-acre parcel of land in the Stockyard area of Chicago in Cook County. It's 100% leased. Darwin Realty's Victor DeBoer and Pat Shannonrepped ML, which acquired the building in an all-equity transaction. |
