ML Realty Partners Breaks Ground In DFW

In partnership with a division of Holt Lunsford Commercial and Frontier Equity, Chicago-based ML Realty Partners just broke ground on a 295k SF, two-building industrial spec project in Carrollton, Texas. (The last time there was this much speculation in Texas, it involved Friday Night Lights plot guesses.) We snapped the team playing in the dirt at Crosby Trade Center in the Valwood submarket. One of the last infill sites in Carrollton with access off I-35, the project will provide much needed infill, shallow-bay development in an industrial submarket with just 8% overall vacancy, they tell us. (Get digging, fellas, those shovels are awfully clean.)
